CES 2008 Show report:
New on display
was the combination of a SPECIAL EDITION NOVUS FRAME WITH A SUSPENDED
CUBE. According to feedback of the trade it is the first suspended
cabinet in the industry.
EXHIBITING FOR 12 YEARS AT THE CES HELPED US
IN MANY WAYS TO ACCOMPLISH OUR GOALS, ON WHICH WE REFLECT BELOW:

DOMESTIC DEALERS AND INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTORS CAN BE DESCRIBED

CES 2008 ATTENDEES' RESPONSES TO OUR PRODUCTS, IN GREATER DETAIL:
1. FINALLY, THERE IS A COMPANY THAT
ALLOWS ONE TO DESIGN / CREATE ONE'S OWN STAND. ALL
THAT IS NEEDED ARE THE MODULAR PARTS - THEN START CREATING ACCORDING
TO WHAT THE
NEEDS ARE:
DOWN THE LINE RE-ARRANGE, ADD MORE SHELVING, UPGRADE TO NEW DESIGNS,
CHOOSE BETWEEN THREE SHELF-SIZES, FOUR DIFFERENT SHELF MATERIALS,
FOUR DIFFERENT FRAME
HEIGHTS, THREE DIFFERENT STANDARD FRAME COLORS.
2. THE OPTIONS ARE ENDLESS. IF THE STANDARD PRODUCTLINE
DOESN’T
SOLVE THE PROBLEM OF HOW TO DISPLAY AND PROPERLY ISOLATE THE EQUIPMENT,
PARTICULAR OFFERS TO CUSTOMIZE
ALL PRODUCTS TO THE DESIRED REQUIREMENTS. OR CAN DESIGN FROM SCRATCH,

OTHER THOUGHTS ON CES 2008:
At least our co-exhibiting neighbors and we thought that CES 2008 showed
slightly less attendance in floor traffic. Nevertheless, whoever made
the effort to
stop by to be introduced to the new products had a greater interest, asking
questions about new products and understanding why our reputation as
one of the
industry leaders has consistently grown. More visitors left with the understanding
that stands are to be considered an important and active component in any
audio or home theater set-up.
Quality surpassed quantity. We opted to show only 15 products, focusing
on the fact what makes us different from any other manufacturer. It
is the modular
principle, the German engineering, creating CNC machined precision allowing
the exchange of any part within the complete isolation-stand product
line.
New on display was the Summit with a custom chrome finish and alternating
hardware with clamped walnut shelves (Optimus
style) and opaque acrylic
to show how
modular the shelving hardware is.
Looking at sales of 2007, we can say for sure that the material of choice
for all cabinets and wood shelving has been walnut. Hence we
focused our display
on showing MAXIMUS, SUMMIT, CUBE AND CASE with walnut finish.
CUBE has received a complete
makeover based on dealer / distributor request. We discontinued
the single door and replaced it with three sliding doors in a custom
aluminum track. We added matching hardware to slide doors
easily.
This allows the end user to slide open the needed section of his equipment
to use his remote control.
We had more installers come by our display than previous years. According
to them, PIVOT is the installers dream! It allows placement of any of
our stands
on a rotation device to have access to cables in the closet. Some clients
are not willing to sacrifice the isolation and resonance control our
products offer.
The dealer network confirmed that the option of switching the
support-bars from an YPSILON (tripod suspension) to a NOVUS (four point-suspension)
makes life a lot easier. Added flexibility and versatility at no extra
cost. All
hardware and shelves are transferable. We can’t mention it enough, we
don’t want to waste our customers initial investment, but protect
it.
